Mastering Grey Zone Warfare: Essential Tasks Guide for New Players
The Grey Zone Warfare has ended now, and players are flooding the servers, but once you grasp the basics, it’s time to start completing qtasks’ initial stages, which can be challenging if you don’t know what to look for.
When you first load into the Grey Zone Warfare, the vendors will give you the first three tasks to complete in the Grey Zone Warfare. For each faction, these searches will be different because each faction’s starting city has different layouts, but they all follow the same format, and there are coordinates in the details of the initial searches to tell you where to go.But use the addresses listed below to find out where you need to go.
For the Meds Wanted task, you’ll be given the task of finding a medical supply box in your starting city and returning it to the lab rat. Supplies can be found in a building next to the water tower in each initial city.
When you arrive at the location of the water tower, there’s a small two-room building. As you enter the compound, go to the room on the right, and behind the room, there’s a shelf, and between that shelf is the box of supplies you need to take.Because the box is 4×4, you should make sure you have enough room in your inventory to accept it. You will lose it if you die, so you will need to locate it again. However, if you die, you can keep it safe by placing it in your safe-lock container. Once you retrieve the package, you’ll need to hand it over to the lab rat in the task menu to complete the task.
For the Lamang Recovery Initiative team players, you can find the water tower in map square 200,163.
For the Mithras Security Systems team players, you can find the water tower in map square 172,118.
For the Crimson Shield International team players, you can find the water tower in map square 140,161.
Here’s how to complete the Cash Retrieval task in the Grey Zone Warfare:
The Cash Retrieval task is given to you by the gunny at the beginning of the game, and you’re tasked with finding and marking two cash locations in your starting city. One is located in a lumber warehouse in one city, and the other is located in one of the other city’s warehouses.. When you find each cash, you’ll need to put a tracker on it, which will be given to you by the gunny when the search starts, but you’ll need to take it with you in your inventory.
In each city, you can find lumber stored in a small building with wooden crates on the left side of the lumber warehouse. Go to the back of the desk, and there’s a pile of wooden boxes where you need to place the tracker. If you have one, you can negotiate where to put it.
The cash can be found in a small room behind the cash building, next to the warehouse.There are two doors leading into the area, and upon entering, you will find a stack of wooden boxes. You can place the tracker on top of the wooden boxes to complete the search.
For the Lamang Recovery Initiative team players, you can find warehouse cash in map square 201,164 and lumberyard cash in map square 200,162.
For the Mithras Security Systems team players, you can find warehouse cash in map square 172,117 and lumberyard cash in map square 172,119.
For the Crimson Shield International team players, you can find warehouse cash in map square 140,163 and lumberyard cash in map square 141,161.
Here’s how to complete the first reconstruction task in the Grey Zone Warfare:
The first recon task is given to you by the handshake at the beginning of the game, and you’re tasked with finding three locations in your starting city, a gas station, a convenience store, and a ruined building. Unlike other tasks, all you have to do to complete each one is walk near the area you’re looking for. So, go to the location on the map and look for landmarks. They are all very clear, so once you’re in the right place, they’ll be easy to identify.

For the Mithras Security Systems team players, you can find the gas station in map square 170,121, the convenience store in map square 171,188, and the ruined building in map square 170,116.
For the Crimson Shield International team players, you can find the gas station in map square 144,161, the convenience store in map square 141,162, and the ruined building in map square 141,165.
